OSJ and CSOE have signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)

The Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Optical Society of Japan (OSJ) and the Chinese Society for Optical Engineering (CSOE) was signed by the OSJ President Kazuo Kuroda (picture on the left) and the CSOE vice president Li Jun Wang (picture on the right).
